Reminders for the Holiday Season
The holiday season is upon us. This is a time of joy, laughter, thankfulness, and fun. However, it can also feel overwhelming, busy, exhausting, and full of expectations. During this season, I love to list a few reminders on how to embrace this season. Here’s that list:

Go out in the sun even, if its freezing
Prioritize rest over productivity
Take a short walk
Do what you can and let go of the rest
Prioritize sleep
Nurture your mind and body
Embrace the quiet
Remember what truly matters
Make time this holiday season to prioritize what truly matters. Let go of what isn’t working and say yes to the things that fill you with joy.
